IS VEGAN FOOD HEALTHY????

Some people think being vegan is really good! But, not all the time.

Some vegan food is healthy, like fruit, beans, vegetables, nuts/seeds, rice (sometimes) pasta (kinda). And some unhealthy foods that vegans think are healthy, like veggie burgers, because it is fake meat, isn’t that good for you because it is really processed. Fake cheese is not that good either, because it has too much vegetable oil in it. Almond milk and soy milk are sweetened too much (but don’t taste good if they are not sweet!). Soda and juice and breakfast cereal also have lots of sugar.

Here are some bad and good ingredients in fake meat:

Water, Pea protein, Canola oil, Refined coconut oil, Rice protein, Flavour, Cocoa butter, Dried yeast, Mung bean protein, Methylcellulose, Potato starch, Sugars (apple extract, pomegranate extract), Potassium chloride, Yeast extract, Beet juice extract (vegetable glycerin, water, maltodextrin, ascorbic acid), Salt, Sunflower Lecithin, Vinegar, Concentrated lemon juice, Carrot powder, Vitamins and minerals (niacin [vitamin B3], pyridoxine hydrochloride [vitamin B6], thiamine hydrochloride [vitamin B1], riboflavin [vitamin B2], folic acid [vitamin B9], cyanocobalamin [vitamin B12], calcium pantothenate, biotin, zinc sulphate, ferric orthophosphate).

I wouldn’t say this is real food to me because I am hearing lots of stuff that doesn’t sound like real food.
THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN A BURGER MY MOM MADE:

Beef, egg, onion, salt, and pepper

I don’t really like onions, but this sounds like real food to me.

Which one would you rather eat? The fake one or my moms? Which one and Why?

SOME VEGAN FOOD I LOVE:

Fruit, carrots, gummys, potatos,fries, and almond mlik!

SOME NON-VEGAN FOOD I LOVE:

Pizza, milk, chocolate milk, strawberry milk, steak, ice cream, and cake!

WHY ARE PEOPLE VEGAN?

People these days really like animals. So they want to support them by buying only eating plants, nuts, beans, fruits and veggies. I think it would be nice to do that, but animals have protein and it is good for you! Beans and veggies have protein too, but not as much as animals. Also, vegan food can have lots of sugar, which could make you THICK and sick. So that’s what I think about going vegan. I wouldn’t be vegan because i would have to give up some of my favourite foods like pizza, milk, milk chocolate, and steak. How about you: vegan or non-vegan?THANKS FOR LISTENING!
